Had my contacts in for 8 hours today as per instructions given
No issues at all
In fact, it felt so natural that I had to keep reminding myself that they were actually in my eyes
I am totally sold on them
Did have a stupid grin on my face for most of the day

I quite liked them when I tried them (used daily disposables like you BCB).

But I don't know if it was the shape of my eye sockets or angle of eyelashes or what, but I never got the hang of getting them in. Out was fine, but in took me like 20 shots per eye.

Maybe I should try again now that our bathroom isn't a dark, cramped sh!thole anymore. Might make it easier!

my optometrist at the time showed me a pretty good way to get them in (I'd assume this method is pretty universally taught to contact lens purchasers) so I never really had trouble unless the contact fell off my finger on the way up.

hell yes, genetic defects, needed glasses at 15 but hardly used them, didn't get contacts until 18, gave up on contacts around 26 and now just glasses... to be fair, my eyesight isn't terrible, it's just that I prefer to have complete clarity in almost all situations and it's frustrating to get minor headaches from trying to focus too hard through the defect.

Yeah my eyes aren't shocking. I got them at 25 and haven't worsened since.

Optometrist said for some reason they are seeing a high rate of males of Caucasian background having a sudden drop in eyesight at 25, but then staying stable at that level until usual degenerative eyesight decline happens later in life. Not females and not other ethnic backgrounds, but they don't know why.
