Ok, let me qualify...we don't use an @gmail email address...we just use gmail as our email client, similarly to using Microsoft Outlook as a client for whatever your business email address is. So, chances are a lot of your clients are using gmail in the same way.
 
You guys can go back to having NFI now 
Haha this exactly. I'd wager I massive percentage of small business would be using Gmail but with their own domain name. As if Bob's Building is running his own email server.

You say it like I disagree with you? Although, I will admit, the nice thing about using gmail as the client is that if I don't like something about it there's usually a Chrome extension I can get to make it the way I like.
