I essentially work the same amount of days but I'm home more frequently and get to spent 3 weekends home a month instead of 2...plus I get an extra night at home every fortnight, so that's all pretty nice. It allows me to work across both crews though, so will enable me to actually do some more effective training with the other goes and to also be more involved in some of the projects the guys on the other crew are working on. Will also be on the same 8/6, 4/3 swing as one of my best mates so we'll get to play alllll the squash on site, which we're both really looking forward to as we've both put on a few kgs since our ability to play squash regularly dropped off.
