At this stage I don't think I need to go that extreme as my sugars are ok and I can lose weight how I've already mentioned. Also I wont be able to recover from my workouts if I go too low. Very effective. They've got this machine thing now that's strapped to you and it injects insulin as your body requires it. Takes the guess work out of it. Still doesn't make it any easier but.
