That's all true - the people I know who maintain their health improvements go down a sustainable route. It is all well and good to smash out a regime that rips the fat off in 3 months, but it doesn't address the issue of establishing long-term good habits.

I set my macros and stick to them. With the lower calorie intake my fat is set to 48 grams per day.

 

If I ate 3 eggs per day I would struggle to meet my other macro requirements with only 20 more grams of fat per day.

 

Nothing is bad per se, it's just that some things like simple carbs need to be taken with due consideration.

try being skinny, fit, strong... then even attempt to be unhealthy... it's a struggle, I tell ya



Says the guy who posted not too long ago that his whole days diet consisted of a giant size bag of doritoes lololol

I freaking love eggs now... could so go some scrambled with heaps cheese and bacon bits ... wait... we were meant to be healthy talking weren't we bahaha

I could go an egg and bacon sandwich right now too!

 

Instead I had a coffee and a banana.

 

I'm hungry already but I'm saving my food for after I workout this afternoon and then the rest for dinner.
