Got onto a charcoal wholesaler who delivers to my area - he delivered a couple of bags today.

 

Wanted to ask him which restaurants in the area use real charcoal, but wasn't home when he dropped them off :(

 

Pro tip: find out what places use real charcoal and go through heaps - eat there :)

I don't know if the place I eat at does... but I've been eating there consistently since I moved to this home (around 3 years) and the food is fantastic :) and they're always busy, so I'm not the only one that likes the food.

took the t out for a drive tonight after registering and insuring it for the first time in almost 5 years..

was very tentative cause I need to build confidence in it again being it hasn't been out of my street in all that time.

forgot how well it goes. was a good night....
