Got 8hrs sleep on site for the first time in like months...not feeling too horrible.

Also had blood cholesterol tested this morning as part of a site wide check and turns out my Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides, LDL Cholesterol and Cholesterol/HDL Ratio are all good :dancing:Feels great, given most of that stuff was definitely NOT good this time last year before I lost all my weight.

I dream of 8hrs sleep a night, between having two young kids, a busy job, occasional bouts of Insomnia and poor sleep patterns from working shift work for so many years I usually get 5 to 6hr tops.

Worst part is my body is so used to 6hrs, if I got to bed 2hrs earlier than normal I just wake up 2hrs earlier.

WMMFGT? I car I've been working on for a while has gone back to it's Happy owner, and just for a Treat I drove the F6 to work today. OH and -itd-friday-bitches-enjoy-yourself-rick-j

That's rough Ralph. I've gotten so used to around 5-6hrs a night up on site that I don't actually start getting tired until 10-10:30pm and my alarm goes off at 4:30am. So even if I go to bed earlier to try get some extra sleep, I just end up laying awake until like midnight. I dread what life will be like if I have kids...
