Had a go against a sports bike once down Freo way, two sets of lights in a row I stayed in front.  Was not sure if he was holding back or not (sounded like he was getting right up it) and no idea what type of bike.  I always assume I'll lose.  Got a thumbs up from a random in a car right after though.

I think an important factor for a lot of big power bikes is the front wheel popping in the air if they stab it too hard. You don't have to hold onto the steering wheel of your 500hp falcon for dear life when giving it sh1t, but you sure have to hold onto those handlebars on a powerful bike.

saw a ferrari race a bike few weeks ago and the bikes front wheel was popping in the air for every gear and he was side by side to that ferrari for a few hundred meters. it was wicked!

Last days of school holidays and we took the kids to this place called "BOUNCE"

where the fhuck was this when I was a kid as it's awesome and to simplify it imagine a massive shed with trampolines errywhere , up walls , foam pits, air bags and big drops over 4mtrs down

the kids had a blast and they had a huge screen playing music videos and then footage from other Bounce sites across Australia with what you could only suggest as "Pro" Bouncers doing their thing. If you're halfway athletic or have kids go rock it as it's cheap at about $20 per kid per hour including the socks with grips

Private-ish road, no traffic ahead at least, 3 lanes, massive smile on the dial

Can I just ask - for everyone who uses the words 'private road' on this forum - that instead of a road that is closed off to the public, we mean private road by the fact we are the only car on the road at a certain time?

I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say we mean a road that we own ourselves with no public access.

I've even got a sign on mine stating "private road"!

Missus and I went to Bounce a month or so back and have to agree, it's pretty fun. We both used to gymnastics when we were kids, so was fun to have a jump around.
