wmmfg... been working on a project for months changing over a major trade service provider for South Australia in one of our major trade areas... since theres 2 new sites being built as well its been an ordeal.

company has put some major trust in me with running tenders etc and making the final call even though im not fully qualified yet...

today it all came to fruition... our old provider left amicably and I struck a deal where they are wiping out our contract periods remaining and notice periods and allowing us to use site credits to pay for invoiced works at other locations... pretty big deal considering they could have held us to tens of thousands of dollars worth if they wanted and we leave with our hands clean and not a dollar to pay.

New works take place as of monday and will save thousands by the end of this year and a projected tens if thousands within the next 12 months.

pretty happy :)

You don't have enough deductions.  You need cars , houses and businesses. Paying tax sucks. If big business doesn't do it why should I...

coz u dont employ hundreds or thousands of staff to keep the wheels turning and people in jobs...

In terms of tax deductions or my job?

I'm a qualified steering wheel attendant in the steelworks here in Wollongong.

I can't claim much because everything is provided so I claim my phone and Internet and polarized safety glasses and just the basics that most can claim.
