I can confirm that may have happened.... and we do actually have managers at work with the same speed guns the police use to check up on us. Drivers never speed, well I dont

Just building some strength and flexibility again. Also keen to just get the feeling of lifting more often back into my life :spoton:

 

Genetics prevents me from getting "big" due to both my body frame and metabolism speed, barring extreme effort. This means I'm not looking to get massive.

Good stuff Keith. My back has stopped me from being able to go to the gym the last few days...which has actually sucked, to be honest. I've finally started enjoying going to the gym and doing weights again, so having my back play up and having to do nothing other than stretch and take it easy has been pretty annoying.

Yeah being about 3 weeks back into the gym life and already getting compliments definitely MMFG. What happened to your back Stripes? Going too hard?

Yeah, went a bit hard over the last few weeks and got real lazy on the stretching...so it all got pretty tight and sore.
