Was waiting for a comment like that. She loved it. Plus there was a solid 30 to 1 chick/guy ratio there which was welcome.

I was just assuming you lease your cars so you can change up often Jet.

I think he's talking 5 years between changing his main car? (another 4 years on the current donk)

Not that unusual when buying new.(warranty/resale etc)

Fluff seems to change cars every few weeks, but she's female (and I think her last couple were second hand?)

I change cars like underwear

The brz was a demo

The kluggy I just got was new

The kluggy before that was second hand

The drift car was second hand

Obviously lol

Unless your business model supports it and u can get the mass rewards on tax for leasing instead of buying there is zero point

After 5 years jet hasn't paid a cent on the club sport other than what he gets back in tax for buying it and then owns in after 5 years

Lease wouldn't work for us

Never looked into lease as I don't like the idea of not "owning" something

I want to know that if I'm at the pub and play rock, paper, scissors and it escalates I'm not going to loose someone else's car hahaha

My accountant makes me keep my cars for about a min of 4 years and need another not much after 5 years the way my tax is set up and how my job works so that's about it really

After doing 30kms a year aprox x 5 years I'm at 150,000kms and that's roughly when times up even if it blows out to 180k the cars usually not that broken by then

The wifey on the other hand ^^^ yes this girl here ^^^

Has had more cars than I've had big breakfasts haha she's lucky I love her ;)

Started the week, boily and me roughing in and tacking stainless pipe, pulling it all apart and welding up, electro polish and pressure testing

Spilt the work between the two of us

Finally finished this morning! Made me feel good as this is a prototype build my work is doing and we are smashing it

Get to bolt all these bits on for good Monday morning
