Gold Donating Members 23,708 Member For: 16y 8m 25d Gender: Male Location: Adelaide Posted 10/12/15 06:46 AM Share Posted 10/12/15 06:46 AM I know it's the wrong forum, but I'm really happy with my HSV, just went in for it's 30,000km service and the time the service dealer gives to the individual is top notchWilling to pick you up and drop you off anywhereActually does anything you ask to check and report back onOpenly admitted to faults within the car series and is forthcoming ( not fighting hand over fist to hide or deny a common problem like FPV do ) to fix them with a no out of expenses loan vehicle Wash the car every time Stick to the capped price service ( can also upgrade to Mobil1 if you chose and they go you 50/50 on the cost ) The communication is the same person every time and is very knowledgeable about what he's doing 20+ years in the same gig Replaced the Air Filter for nothing ( wasn't due on the schedule but it was well used up due to working on the dusty site )Courtesy phone call to check everything is ok after the service a few days later It's really been a great experience and I'm only coming up to 12 months now...It's definitely something other manufacturers could really take a leaf out of their book as it's not expensive for wanky chit but makes a customer happy about using the service centre and purchasing the vehicle If this donkey lasts another 4 years without to much drama I wouldn't of hesitated to purchase another HSV.....
