I haven't waxed mine in ages and I've paid the price. Clear coat is worn off on the leading edges of the bonnet and plastic garnish :(

one of my fears, had a ute that the sun destroyed the clear coat on the roof and bonnet.

here's a couple of shots in the sun, still blows me away all the colour that's in ego.

when I bought it I thought it was just a very dark grey.

bc boy, this is only a theory - and you might've confirmed this in a past post but I've never seen it - but is that plank of wood on the side wall a guide to ensure you're as close to the wall as possible without scraping your mirror? I therefore assume the reverse sensors take care of the rear end.

its just a piece of timber that wont fit in my garden shed, left over from building some garden beds.

reverse sensors let me know when I'm too close to the wall.

maybe I should just cut it in half so I can stack it in the shed :headbang4:
