Glad you guys are working things out.Yesterday as a whole made me feel good. Spent a lot of time running around frantically in the morning buying a suit...to be fair, it was pretty easy though. Anyway, had a friends wedding and was actually great fun. I was there with a bunch of friends from work and I also know a lot of the groom's family and other friends through various get-togethers and functions. Was awesome seeing all these people again that I hadn't seen for ages...and literally everyone that I hand't seen for a while said I've lost a lot of weight and am looking amazing, as did my work friends...so that was a nice little confidence boost and indication that I must be doing something right What also made me feel good about the whole thing was not falling off the bandwagon, despite free food and booze. I drove and left a shaker and Optifast in the car and my friends were super positive about my dedication to it, so I didn't feel pressured to partake which was nice. So I had that for dinner and a whole bunch of water and danced up a farking storm. Was a good night

Be understandable while you are going hard core but in the future if you don't let yourself enjoy a bit of food you'll make it too easy to say 'f*ck it' and walk away from the health kick.WMMFGT?Solicitor taking the effort to pop in on a Sunday and drop off some paperwork for signatures. A+ service considering most people in her profession post stuff like that even though their office is around to corner from my house. Also WMMFGT:Went to a garage sale. Well actually house sale. As in they are packing their life into a caravan and hitting the road. Everything that doesn't fit in the caravan is getting sold.I walked away with two ladders/work platforms, wheel barrow, whole set of golf clubs (I actually only wanted the bag), 2 ramps for the car and a bunch of tools including heat gun, retic saw and digital spirit level for $100.

But while I'm on the intensive phase I've already decided I'm going to make the absolute most of the severely limited calorie intake and stick to it 100% for the 12 weeks and go as hard as I can with the exercise. These 12 weeks are going to be the easiest opportunity to shed weight quickly, so may as well make the most of them while I can! After this weight loss will slow down and I'll be seeing my dietitian to help me plan my meals and transitions so that I keep the weight off. So will probably be a long road back to being able to let myself have the occasional indulgence...but I'm fully committed to making sure my health is 110%! And even better you are enlisting the help of a dietitian and not just reading Pete evans blog on Facebook or something else equally sh*t.
