BUT, we've decided that as a team we wanted to do something nice for him and get him a decent leaving present that let him know how big a part of the team he's been over the last few years. The dude's an avid snowboarder (the one who got me into it) so I came up with the idea of getting him a custom snowboard made with custom graphics. One of the guys in our team is rad at tag style art and is super keen on coming up with a design based on the theme of mining and our site. I'm pretty excited for how this is going to turn out! I reckon he's going to love it, it's something personal and will hopefully be sentimental and meaningful for him for years to come!
