The customer service that I was given at Midland Autoplus. Terrific experience giving them my car. Prompt call back to confirm the work I asked for as well as picking up my flogged out tail shaft couplings which have been giving me loads of driveline backlash/play. Tightened it right up now!

Highly recommended if you need general mechanical work done NOR in WA.

Already typed out two massive reviews for them so I'll just copy and paste one here:

Absolute ripper! I happened to find them via a Google search and another review site (WOMO). Already had loads of great reviews there.

I was feeling really down about a growing list of things wrong with my car (which is my number one hobby). Autoplus Midland made a great impression from the get go and never faltered. Great customer service from reception and the mechanic I dealt with (Chris). Friendly, professional and intelligent.

Dropped the car off and gave them the list of things that were wrong. Agreed to leave it there for four days. Got a call back that afternoon confirming work to be done after the initial inspection which was such a nice change from having to chase up shops.

They picked up some things that I'd forgotten to mention as well and sorted them out for me after first confirming I wanted to get it fixed. Saved me money on parts where possible to still give an A+ result.

Collected the car and had an excellent discussion with Chris about the car and what they fixed, and he praised the preventative work I'd already done. Really knows his stuff and was on the money with things I'd even forgotten to ask him to do, specific fluids to use etc.

I can see why they have such great reviews, I'm certainly going to be a return customer.

Thanks to all the team down there for giving me back the joy I've been missing in my car!

Handing in my resignation from Wholesale Suspension because I was successful in scoring a job with Liqui Moly (european oils and service products)

Good time to move on and be challenged again!
