Just heard the head of Engineering the guy who was my boss in the last few weeks of working there got the flick today. He was the lucky punter who got the task of tapping me on the shoulder when I got the flick, I wish no ill wind but it feels good knowing he got it as well... :innocent:

MAJOR recall fck up (which cant be attributed to him solely but it sounds like he ended up the scape goat for it).

^suck :pooh: anusholes...

Felt good to

a) come back home to sleep in my own bed tonight after a worrying Sunday

b) having a home to come back to unlike many others

c) being alive to even give a sh!t where I'm sleeping

Very little to complain about!

Steve you should put your hand up for the damage assistance payment, you know since clearly in your efforts to escape the radiant heat from the fire torched all the colour off your car down to the primer?

Oh hah hah. Are you done with my spring compressors yet? :P

Besides I'd only spend the $1000 on a surge tank.

Have to go to the US for 2 weeks for work in March to visit our parent company's HQ. Was not looking forward to 16 hours in cattle class. (I'm all but 6' 4 and 115 kg, so not built to fit real well in small spaces). Just got told I have been bumped to business class! Stoked!
