It's a rental so I couldn't give a sh*t about the house. But the annoying thing is that we are moving out next week so everything I own is packed away in boxes exactly where that tree fell. The heavy rains have flooded the place so whatever was inside the boxes that wasn't squashed is now wet. That includes over $2g worth of car parts that I have been accumulating. Provided the insurance company don't find some bullsh*t loop hole to screw me over, I should have some shopping to do when I get back.
