Will just hopefully get some of the Heavy Vehicles out of the main drag through Toowoomba..I would be very surprised if there is any visible start in the next 12 months.. Since there are a quite few big cuttings I imagine works will get underway on those first.. But it won't be like the public can see whats going on anyway.. I feel sorry for some councils though.. They generally only have a few crews capable of the work.. And then they go where they get told to go and in the situation you described they may of been pulled off that job to go do something else..
