For the past week, on weekdays, between 8:30-4:30, my phone has had no reception. Doesn't seem to just be happening to me either - everyone at work with a phone through optus is experiencing the same thing.

Its not like the bill hasn't been paid - half these phones, including my own, are personal phones (and I have paid my bill).

Before anyone says I shouldnt be using my phone at work - this means I cant even make calls on my lunch break.

In closing - f*ck you optus.

Just go with Telstra. Optus and Vodafail are terrible in some areas. Complain to the ombudsman if need be to get out of your contract without paying an exit fee.

d1ckhead people that say I'll meet you at 5pm and haven't showed. FYI send a message or phone saying you're late or cant make it.............FFS

This x10000

People planning to catch up on a weeknight so I dont schedule work in the evening then they pike out on the day.

Has it been for a while? Or just recently.. Optus is rolling out some big upgrades which will imapct service in areas as the old stuff gets taken offline to be upgraded.. Most areas can still get covered by neighbouring areas..
