Getting a letter in the post from the QLD government stating that my credit card had been declined when we ordered the sons birth certificate..

Please confirm card ending in 3876 for child *NOT MY KIDS NAME* is correct..

Ring up and get told.. "We'll have to check what you put on the form"..

Also before anyone gets excited.. My credit card doesn't end in 3876..

what does it end in?

Also what name is on it? what is the expiry and the first three groups of 4 numbers, and the three numbers on the back?

If you give those details I can run a card test to ensure its works, I'll even do that for free.

Engineers.

Supervisor: "We need this ball done urgently for the valves the guys are building, get on to it straight away!"

Me: "No worries, got the drawings?"

Supervisor: "Nah speak with engineering."

There's 1 guy who does all the drawings, looks like the comic book guy from Simpsons. Takes 3-4 weeks to get them. Swear he does nothing else and it should only take 30 minutes to do.

Then, as it was 2 months ago... Telstra.

After getting the internet connected, and it being connected at 2.4mb/s instead of the 20+ we're meant to be on, we have now received a letter from debt collectors asking for a bill to foxtel and their equipment back.

Telstra didn't finalise the account properly so my partner has a strike against her name again.

When they connected my phone, they connected it to the RIM which is correct (its about 300m from my house) but instead of going direct to the RIM and through the Top Hat upgrade they have on it, we were put through it and back to the exchange 4.5kms away (hence slow speeds). Mate is trying to get this fixed but no-one at Telstra has any idea what I'm talking about. Spoken to about 6 different tech support guys and they all say different things.

Telstra are a fking mob of knobs.
