Ok, so one person created all the forms that need to be filled out - under each new record that's created, there are 10 tabs (contacts, products, rebates etc) with each have fields to be filled out.

Then a second person has entered all our trading agreements into it. Only some shes entered more than once, and I need to compare the two records to see which one is correct. its not like they're near each other either, and the search function doesnt work properly for me.

I search for INDUSTRIAL... it brings up and highlights BOSCH

Is it possible for me to see it in a table format? No one here knows how to use it, so they're no help.

I need to clean this mess up.

New boots suck..

Access is by default a table format.. Without seeing how the database is set up I can't really tell you how to get the table format back..

The guy who set it up wasn't quite sure what he was doing either, and the woman who entered all the data was a temp.

Its f*cked.

Hit F11 Adie, depending on the version it'll bring up either a list of tables on the left or a dialogue where you can select the tables/macros etc.
