Loan from banks is fairly normal to say no to self employed people without massive amounts of info from accountant..

Finance is different shy.. Plenty of companies around.. They'll use past and present history. Consider your rent etc and sum up what you can get.

I'd recommend ringing a place like GE or capital finance and see how ya go on the phone

What bank are you with? I always borrowed with 6 months employment and no dramas when younger. Was in job just over 12 months when I did my home loan.

Also nipple chafe is driving me crazy.

Ah k. Thought finance/loan same/same.

I'll look into them thanks sdp :)

And it's not like I'll run away with the loan. I'm good for it even if I lose my job I'll be straight into another no prob. As long as I get enough money to pay repayments each wk I'm happy. But they don't take u on face value haha

I'm with Westpac and loan with fccs henz. Who'd you go with, with loans man?

if I was u if u can I'd cope with what u can and save as much as u can over the next 2 years unless it's imperative...

just coz finance companies might lend u the money... but at a very steep cost usually coz of your situation they might chuck u on a massive interest loan with lots of fees....

as far as I have heard from others it's best in the first at least 12 months of a business or subby business to buy as minimal as u can get away with until u know it's 99.9%

then after 6 months if it goes belly up u didn't just cost yourself a loan on a Ute on 27% interest that you can't get out of until uve been in a new job 6 months... but if it's like a critical thing then I guess u gotta do what u gotta do...
