Nah, "essential"
Has the ladder bars and all.
Even a toolbox lol.

There's a few silly cars that the blokes onsite are driving, modded XR5s, 35"+ patrols and some, no one's had an issue "getting to and from work" lol.

Might even strap a ladder on it to be safe hahah.

Started the car after a couple of weeks of chipping away and a few service items and a battery relo/turbo side intake.

New oil feed pissed oil everywhere.

I've checked everything for tightness, but my thinking is that if it's leaking from above the actual rotating fitting, it is a manufacturing issue rather than installation?e68a694f31e724cf7acfc69ea7e263d5.jpg

Ummmm no it’s user error

Seriously bro I said you didn’t need one and now you’ve installed it into the riser that’s required to be removed to install the line directly to the CHRA

That may be, but it is leaking from above that?

Fittings may not be assembled or seated properly.

Did you lube them before fitting them together?

Any flare connection needs to be. Helps them slip a bit and tighten smoothly, will also prevent softer metals from "galling" up/ binding up.

thread locker or thread sealant is also recommended to a: seal for leaks b: stop galling
