Recently one of the guys that buys from one of our branches didn't pay and screwed the sales man over. The next order that came through from the *beep* was rejected. He called the sales guy and the sales guy said that the PO was not valid as the price was incorrect. The kunt went off his tits. Sales man in a polite voice said to him "Pay your previous bill and we will consider accepting the previous pricing" 20 minutes later the invoice was paid. Kunt calls back and advises that payment was made. At this point the sales man says "Thank you for your payment. Current price stands and if you would like to place another order, payment needs to be made in full before pickup" All I could work out at this point is that the guy hung up and called the manager. Manager told him the exact same thing as what the sales man said. Great way to backup your staff I tell you.
