My Mrs got to hold our youngest straight after he was cut out of her. They checked him first to make sure he was ok then he was all hers. You should be able to do that in a public hospital. They do rush you however but don't take their sh*t.I scaled back my private a few months ago to not cober hospital as the hospital I was going with was a small country hospital and much like a private anyways. I dont kind paying at the local private hospital if it means better treatment but theyve left me too late I cant even get in. I smoked ciggies for a relatively short time when younger... never done the green stuff. My uncle grew up as a heroin, coke, meth (and everything else) addict, he has been in and out of jail and even smashed nanas over heads to get drug money.All that tore my family appart and then he started getting psychotic and saying we were all taliban. So I was way too scared to even try the green stuff in fear id become addicted. Worked kinda well as a deterant. But I watched a doco the other night that says weed causes 7x the tar in ya lungs than ciggies... shocked me. You wont regret it. Junkies are junkies I think it takes a certain kind of personality, Seen plenty of scenarios like pot smokers that dont do anything else or did for a short time but legit dont anymore. All the hard sh*t and no pot, both... But junkies are just junkies, Its certainly a death grip. I know all to well what you mean by scared and how it can tear a person, and their family apart. I made a life choice to stop taking pingaaas which is the only other thing I have ever done, in my early 20's and this is pretty much the same thing it just took alot longer to have such a profound effect. Or for me to face that it does even. I wouldnt discourage trying it, it really is harmless (apart from the tar part which is spot on). But it would take a fairly disciplined person to keep it recreational, which I was not at 15... The habit creeps up as well its not rapid like other drugs.
