Close your eyes while doing it.

That's what I'm doing wrong when trying to get to sleep!

Haha who me?! Nooooo. Was trying that last night, actually. I grew up with ADHD though, so my brain's pretty active...get distracted pretty easily, unintentionally. Bevos will hinder my desire to improve my health haha. I've got stilnox as a prescription...but want to avoid relying on them, as tempting as it is when I can't sleep...

I usually cut off the coffee before lunch time. Exercise is the tough one up on site, as can only really go after work (coz f*ck getting up at 3:30am to go to the gym!)...so finish squash or gym at like 8pm.

Electronic light an hour before bed kills me. I need to wind down in low light.

If I do that Im out like a light (boom tish) if I look at my phone once I've laid down Im wired for an hour or more.

I pretty ruthless these days with my phone. It's on DND after 9pm. I figure Wifes and Kids are with me and if family need to contact me urgently they will call on the landline and my work phone never makes it out of the centre console.

The government is getting addicted to the revenue from property seizure and needs to focus on the things that actually cause deaths on our roads.

When I learnt how to drive the fastest I went on my test was 70km/h, funny that we seem to have a lot of deaths on 110 zones in the wheatbelt and what not!

"hoon laws" are just too easily passed in parliament due to our type of people (motoring enthusiasts of all shapes and sizes) being in a pretty small minority. :(

It's easy to pass them because their is no protest from the public and a few idiots ruin it for everyone

If everyone acted like they do in aca then their would only be constant tyre smoke on the roads of Sydney
