Jersey's produce some of the highest butter fat or "creamiest" milk. ..... Buy local. (for those that might be interested) about 15 years ago I read a medical paper published in the American Medical Journal about possible links to heart disease and stroke connected to homogenised milk and certain vegetable oils. The paper was removed from the Journal after pressure from the American dairy industry. I have read articles since that both support this theory and debunk it. So the jury is still out on the validity of this research which took place over a 2 decade period (1960's till 1980's) since then I have been drinking un-homogenised milk and eating and cooking with butter and cold pressed olive oil. I am not a health fanatic, I have just found that everything just tastes sooooo much better. IMO, homogenised milk tastes like white water BTW, full cream pasteurised but not homogenised milk only contains about 3.25% fat, ie 96.75% fat free. edit: " % fat free" IS a marketing strategy Edited 28/05/16 08:07 PM by bloodycrashboy

Stayed up to cop a pair of J's, immediately select size and add to cart only to watch a scren for an hour 15 saying I was waiting my turn and I still may get them. Screen automatically loads at 1:15 a.m. to say sold out. Releases used to be 8 a.m. FU Nike.

Store doesn't open til 10 :( Hotcakes and coffee later I grabbed the ribs and took them home, prepped them and went to fill the cooker with charcoal. f*cking lid (very heavy ceramic dome ~30kgs??) decided it was a good time to smash closed on my finger while I wasn't looking. I swore - was sure I'd crushed a knuckle or broken the finger. Slowly getting movement back and the swelling and bruising is going down.
