If someone is using the browser version of the forum then a hell of a lot of the emoticons available in that version will not display in tapatalk (and vice versa) as they are unique to the forum/tapatalk.

The obvious ones (smile, wink etc.) work on both and will show on both but alot of the browser ones have been added manually and are just a gif file which is displayed using javascript and a shortcut name - such as above.

Yes it's annoying. . But it's legal

And maybe he needed the left lane because he had to turn off right after the intersection which he couldn't do from the right lane.

In road construction those left arrows are actually called 'bonus left' which none of the traffic assessments cater for and they are in fact a bonus if you get to turn left while through and right traffic are stopped.
