Have had Finalgon on mine (basically the adult version of Dencorub)

Wasn't pleasant

"Finalgon Cream may cause the following side effects:

  • intense local heat
  • skin burning sensation"

" may cause blisters of the skin"

"You will find that the warmth or heat provided persists for up to 6 hours."

"Often, as much as 12 hours later, a hot shower or bath will regenerate the warmth."

No shower for 24 hours after that gets on your nuts.

Twisted my right knee last weekend, has been swollen/sore all week. Currently 1.73 times the size of my left knee. Looks like another rebuild might be on the cards. I wonder if superpower do knee joints yet?

Chuck some Finalgon on it Ralph.

Wash your hands after though :P

1.73 times the size is pretty lucky - 1.75 is the cutoff for amputation

Dencorub on my balls sucks so much. Legs are killing me so I gave them a good coat but I guess it was to much. Excess found its way to a tender spot. FARK!!!!

Watched a program where a guy out a needle into his muscle and monitored all heat and ice sprays

None of them

Are good enough to penetrate past the skin

Just make the skin feel like it's on fire

Which distracts the mind from the original muscle pain

Hence feeling like it does help

It doesn't

Just saying

Flexall > All. Good enough for my chiro and physio good enough for me. Doesn't get hot or cold or any of that bs but loosens up the muscles nicely
