My poor Nonna passed away last night :( it's horrible knowing she's gone, but in a way I'm glad she's not suffering anymore. The poor thing had had such a sh*t quality of life for the last couple of years...you'd barely call it living.

Been a rough year for the family this year...

sorry to hear mate , my sincere condolences. Not much else I can say.

You do raise a good point however "quality of life" or a "life of quality"

Just reminded me to make the most of everyday. Thanx

Trying to get the government to fix a typo/formatting error on one of their systems urgently - 200% their own error and easily fixed at their end.

"Please send the request in to us in writing and it'll be actioned within 28 days"

They know what the error is

They know is was an operator error at their end

They know how to quickly and easily fix it

They wonder why they get a bad name

Condolences Stripes to you and your family.

I know it's cold comfort but given the problems you have described her having in the last few months she's in a better place.

Thanks fellas.

Yeah definitely, Ralph. It's not much of a life once you can no longer do any of the things that made you YOU. I'm glad she's finally at peace. They ended up putting her on a morphine pump, which calmed her down so she went quietly...prior to that she was getting really agitated and restless, you could tell she'd had enough. So I'm glad she was peaceful and calm.
