Depression can really stop you in your tracks. I've spoken openly about being diagnosed with depression recently and since starting on medication and starting to work through all my sh*t my health and well being has improved drastically. The first, and often hardest, step is to admit you need help. Once you start getting help everything else gets easier to deal with.

It does take awhile mate but do give yourself time and DO NOT distance/isolate yourself from offers.Remember that you have another family here mate.

But on the bright side young enough to bounce back fairly easily. May I suggest walking for 30 plus minutes with some music that perks you up. Plus you are out and about. Just remember mate you are not the first person to have issues and you won't be the last. From here you can bounce back.

If you smile at them or just say hi,mostly it will be returned in kind.Look ahead not down FTW
