selling house, find house I love, watch it become under offer.

Subject to sale, so I still have a chance if someone walks in and whacks an offer on mine...

So I have depression the doc thinks and also might be anemic and have high blood pressure. Fark sake only 29 what a karnt. So I have to wear this blood pressure reader for a day. He said most of I could be cause by my job, home life, life style change. He said stress is probably my biggest problem. So time to make a change.

A few positives , you saw the Doc a good start, blood pressure is easily controlled these days and with anemia lots of nice lean med/rare steaks ftw.

There are lot's of strategies for dealing with stress most will require some kind of lifestyle changes.

You have made the biggest step by getting help. Well done

Good on you for seeing the doc biz! Depression can really stop you in your tracks. I've spoken openly about being diagnosed with depression recently and since starting on medication and starting to work through all my sh*t my health and well being has improved drastically. The first, and often hardest, step is to admit you need help. Once you start getting help everything else gets easier to deal with.

You're taking the right steps. It does take awhile mate but do give yourself time and DO NOT distance/isolate yourself from offers.

Remember that you have another family here mate.

Mate what do you do for a job?

29 is to young to have medical issues. But on the bright side young enough to bounce back fairly easily.

May I suggest walking for 30 plus minutes with some music that perks you up.

Plus you are out and about.

Just remember mate you are not the first person to have issues and you won't be the last. From here you can bounce back.

Scotty , have to disagree with you on one point.

Anyone at any age can have issues, age doesn't discriminate.

I do agree with getting out and about, walk where there are soccer

mums doing the same thing. If you smile at them or just say hi,

mostly it will be returned in kind.

Look ahead not down FTW
