This has to be how it happened, and yeah I think its time to convert it to the bed as well. No where near as far to fall. Owner thinks I am trying to drive the price down further when I gave an estimate of 16,000 to replace with a structural block wall.So they want me to pay one of my competitors to confirm that cost.. f*ck me.
