A different organisation which does the same thing paid $350commission of which the boss (franchise owner) got 120 and the employee $80 per sign up and the marketing company got the rest If u work it out the subscription was like $4.50 a week So it took 78 weeks to pay back just the commission the charity was paying out and start making money for the actual cause Sounds ok until u looked at their stats and found out the average person signed up for 32 weeks.... Nice people get sucked in Oxfam might be different but I know most door knockers etc are on a similar commission amount/set up. It sucks that charities are actually making other company's money and that's how they call themselves a charity.
