Our first appointment was back in April and even gave them a deadline that we need to start building by Sept.I went to council this morning and could not lodge my DA because architects has missed so much on the plans and is basix reports council would not take lodgement.Council picked the iving sh1t out of it which was good I guess like pool size, how many litres, where the pool fence will go, pool bump, pool fence, pool gate windows near the pool high of retaining wallsa brake down to how much it will cost. pool and house. list goes on.Ive already spent over $120 in printing everything off just paper, not happy!!. I would say so far ive spent close to $4000 and the house its approved yet.I still need to pay for enginee 2.5k private certified $1650 council DA fee 2.4klast time I very build.
