This doesn't make much sense, it hangs off the same either way around.  Not like gravity changes based on which way it's facing lel

My old man actually used extra logic in his reasoning for having the paper over. He told me that having it under means people are more likely to make the wall dirty from touching it all the time when grabbing for the paper. Made sense to me...

Can confirm. Constantly wiping poo stains off the wall due to inexperienced butt wipers in my house.
