So yeah I see why he's been charged with manslaughter but riding a motorcycle is extremely dangerous and the boy could easily have crashed and died without being chased as he was probably riding like a lunatic. Honestly think the guy shouldn't be charged with anything. So sad for the boys family cause he obviously hasn't had a very good childhood. I have sympathy because kids need to be raised properly but then it's like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree cause his mums locked up for burglary.
