Despite the fact people are rarely committing 2nd and 3rd offenses which to me proves that the current laws are strong enough. 3rd offense is when your car is permanently seized. This pisses me off alot so at least the thread is still on topic We don't have demerits for 0-9kmh speeding and the fine is $100 so I know we have some things better than some of the eastern states. I had a detector for a while. What you want is laser jammers. They give you a warning when it's seeing laser and that's your time to slam the brakes on and turn 'your laser parking sensors ' off. Basically they take the laser from the measuring device that is aimed at your car and the laser jammer system has a little CPU so it's not some crude system, it actually identifies what's being aimed at it and fires back appropriately.
