I know pedal power can still get done for speeding so minimum speeds would apply too. I agree a car would be travelling faster but the result would've been the same - impact. I also agree that that pack of cyclists really shouldn't be in the middle of a road of that sort. Sticking to the left of the road (or right depending on country - not sure where that video's from - possibly Europe?) on any road is the best. And finally yes: I know I'm never going to get anywhere trying to reason with you guys - this is a car forum after all.
