Weight loss pill recipe: 1. 600 empty gelatin capsules from ebay $48 2. 200 grams caffeine powder from ebay $18 3. Digital scales to measure caffeine, also from ebay $12.95 Total $78.95 and makes 600 doses @ 300 mg each with some powder spare. This will last for nearly a year and with proper diet will put anyone where they want to be weight wise. Use 100 to 300 mg of caffeine in each capsule. Have one in the morning and one at lunch time with food. Try not to have any other caffeine eg; coffee, tea, energy drinks etc. Don't use more than 600 mg per day. More than 300 mg per dose usually causes nausea. Read up on the use and side effects of caffeine use as individual use will vary.
