Edit - 1000m top speed event last weekend. www.racewars.com.au Stever Not familiar with your car. What mids, particularly interested in suspension and brake mods. How did it feel/behave at those speeds? How far in the run did you hit limiter? Edited 14/04/15 02:12 AM by Kimberley Scott

Maybe I am actually out of injector like Ralph suggested. Have not had the tune looked at yet to see if limiter is still there, just ran out of time before hand to get that done. Pretty miffed but still had a f*cking mint weekend hahahaGTO that rolled was binned as it had crashed twice and it was thought to be jinxed. Was fixable too. Think they stuck the engine in the new chassis. That was over 800m as well (rolling start track set up means actually 900m)...it didn't run the full 1000m. Massive power.Scotty you can check my build thread in my sig link or at the top of the 300 club section, but in short:42lb injintank pump GSS294Manta 2x2.5" exhaustNizpro "Big" cooler from years ago, bar and plate, with piping to suit stock crossoverK&N air box panel filter yeaaaaaaaaah boiiiiiiiii +50rwkwAlso now Crow valve springs went in at 200 thousand kms and ZF gearbox rebuilt a bit after that to fix slippageSuspension is Koni Reds on the softest setting and now 60,000km oldKing springs, low but not stupid lowF6 stock Brembo/PBR brakes but custom paint job +15rwkw245/40/18 Nitto Invos all round, no traction in 1/2 at WOT on this track though, had to be nice to it or enjoy a powerskidCar felt nice at speed, pulled up well too in the 500m braking distance. Could probably stop in 400m or less from 230km/h on the dodgy airstrip surface. Have a video uploading which will be ready later today.

Sucks for him, but initially he said he still planned on hanging around etc...cool, still have a housemate. He called me up during this week and said he'd been offered a position a step down from his current role and that he was seriously considering it, given it was negligible pay cut and he was going to look for a sh*t job while he applied for other mining jobs anyway. Cool, still have a housemate. He gets home from work last night and promptly informs me he's decided to take the redundancy and go traveling for a year, and leaves in 2 months time. So how no housemate...f*ck.Sucks for my mate being made redundant and good on him for going traveling and getting out there and living life...but god damnit I only just got a housemate again! This pisses me off!

Better this way as we'd only end up hoon lawed racing each other out of the garage anyway.
