Another ear infection...seriously WTF?! This is getting ridiculous!

Had this last hitch out at work.

Felt really tired, bad headaches and fever.

Went around rig real quick.

Felt like sh*t for a good week.

Hope it's not coming your way.

I think it's probably the same one I've had for like 4-5months now Mick, just hasn't died. It's not a new thing, my ear has been bothering me for ages. Thought the last lot of antibiotics would have killed it...but apparently not. This time I've been given farking horse sized tablets to take (orally) twice a day as well as drops 4 times a day. I miss being able to wear my custom in-ear-monitor headphones :rant2:

Well now this brings up several issues ... Firstly ...

Hahaha orally still makes me lol

Secondly ... Might be something to do with the shap of your ears or habits?

I have an awful habit of using cotton buds every morning on my ears, apparently is pooh for me but I'm addicted...

Thirdly...

My ears are so tiny that all earphones no matter what brand slide out...

Now I'm not particularly a fan of the big bulky ones tht sit on your head

So I'm wondering what these custom thingos you speak of are ?

Haha she said oral

Yeah cotton buds probably haven't helped the situation, gotta try keep them out for a while...but I been using them to satisfy an itch that goes with the infection and to get all the sh*t out, but probably only been making things worse.

Custom moulded IEM's (in ear monitors) are exactly as they sound, custom moulded to your ears from proper ear moulds. My friend has tiny ears and she had some made too and loves them, fit like a glove.

I've got a set that were originally some Westone 3 earphones but I had upgraded by Unique Melody to have 6 balanced armature drivers (speakers) in each ear . They're by far the best headphone I've ever listened to/owned. They're not cheap though. Look the biz but

Bear in mind it can take like 3 months sometimes to get them...depending on how busy they are. Took 14 weeks for me...worth it though!

You tried buying a decent brand ie sennheiser, shure etc that come with the neoprene bits that go in your ears? They often come with 3 sizes and the smallest ones are tiny

I have small ears also..
