Running out of gas part way through a TIG welding Job, then busting out the Stick welder and struggling to get a decent weld or decent penetration out of it. Only to realise after I'd finished that I had the polarity of the earth clamp and electrode arse about.

Can't crimp, can't weld...reckon I might just give up soon.

my mate keeps saying he will fit the turbo back on my car because I dont know how to do it properly but keeps saying he cant right before he due to comes over. bought some axle stands to put under the front to remove the cooler but dont know where to jack up from the front end and put the stands. EVERYTHING is pissing me off. would have like to get it going this week but that's never going to happen.

one last thing. no ones answered it. do I need a tail shaft upgrade if im not doing drags. just everyday driving. under 400rwkw.

Bizkit, pitty you not in WA as I am sure I would have been able to assist with the stands. Maybe this is an opportunity for you to take pics and put together a tutorial on lifting the car up on stands.

:P

In regards to the driveshaft, only you can answer that mate. If you not going to the drags and you don't drive like a hoon, then I don't think you gonna need to change it.

On the other hand, if you do a lot of launches, then maybe it is best to invest in a drive shaft?

Can you afford to fork out +-$1500? for peace of mind, I think I would put it in the budget.

Omfg for real!

No seriously I may not even clear the first plateau on those before the tire hit the ramp, would need to measure it up. They do look better than standard ramps though.
