Yes, I sit in front of a computer for the majority of the time now, but that wasn't the car a year or two ago yet I was still doing the same hours. And I agree with Keith, the long hours were less of an issue when I was in a less technically demanding role. I have a lot more responsibility now and have to provide training and mentorship to more junior employees, not to mention I'm in charge of running the department when my manager is offsite. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
