Spyathe Donating Members 872 Member For: 11y 3m 4d Gender: Male Posted 03/08/14 10:12 AM Share Posted 03/08/14 10:12 AM Useless bunch of pricks, when they fitted the tyres to my new wheels they couldn't even line up the dot with the valve, a wheel weight fell off before I even go home and they scratched all my front stud holes putting the nuts on...and then stripped a nut when I took it back to get the wheels re-balanced Safe to say they're paying for a new stud, nut and labour to put it in

Never had any say Panda I <3 Floods Silver Donating Members 11,198 Member For: 13y 6m 1d Gender: Male Location: South West QLD Posted 03/08/14 10:22 AM Share Posted 03/08/14 10:22 AM This is something I find quite annoying (In saying that I've only ever owned 2 cars long enough to change tyres on them).. But both times something went wrong with the tyre fitment.. WRX none of the wheel weights stayed on past a week.. And I sheared two wheel studs attempting to change a flat tyre..BA Falcon.. Bought new 19" rims and they got scratched by the tyre place fitting them with tyres FOR THE FIRST DAMN TIME..

Spyathe Donating Members 872 Member For: 11y 3m 4d Gender: Male Posted 03/08/14 10:40 AM Share Posted 03/08/14 10:40 AM (edited) It wasn't an issue before this year as Im a qualified wheel aligner so I fitted them myself, but I don't have the means anymore and I left on bad terms and won't go back on principle.I didn't kick up a stink about the scratches as I didn't have locating rings due to spacers. But how hard is it to put brand new nuts on without stripping them...:edit I specifically told them not to use a gun either Edited 03/08/14 10:41 AM by Spyathe
