If it was a billet wheel then it is lighter and stronger and might spool up a little sooner than the stock GT3582R.7PSI is the same size actuator as standard (close enough, stock is 5psi - most people go for a 12 or 13PSI actuator for the early round of mods).You say you've made more torque but less power - torque gets you going faster - power keeps you going/accelerating - this would explain the symptoms you described.3.9 diff gears would also mean you would be faster with initial acceleration but would lack top end... although you probably didnt get to the top end with the speed you said you got to... but it would make the top of 2nd and mid range of 3rd a little bit slower. genuine honest person Member 2,769 Member For: 10y 11m 26d Gender: Male Location: near brisbane Posted 02/08/14 12:24 PM Share Posted 02/08/14 12:24 PM yes its a billet wheel .was originally get the car tuned by elite ,but they treated me not nicely so decided to go to real dyno instead .but elite said not fit the 12 psi actuator so I fitted the 7 psi one .they apparently never fitted a aftermarket actuator to any of there cars ,and they run more than 400 rwkw .so I do not know who to listen to ,real dyno said to use a 12 psi actuator ? k31th less WHY; more WOT Site Developer 29,153 Member For: 16y 9m 13d Gender: Male Location: Melbourne Posted 02/08/14 12:44 PM Share Posted 02/08/14 12:44 PM you love making multiple different posts... lol, just edit your existing post - you have 30min to do that.aside from that.. if you're making 12PSI max boost, a 12PSI actuator is perfect - a half decent tuner will make your car see 12PSI as early as possible (the diff gears and billet wheel on the turbo will help) and it'll probably hold it all the way to the red line... with only 12 PSI you shouldn't realistically need the port and flapper mod - 12PSI is simple to control - judging by previous events.
