Too soon Ralphy :pinch:

Just as it would be to draw reference to all the new stripes being misaligned.

Any traffic cameras around? I'm sure with paint the EPA or whoever it is over there would be keen to give the bloke a smack too.

Bloke that hired me who was acting as our temp manager for the last six months just got fcked over by the state manager and they are bringing in some pleb from another branch. Bloke was doing 80-90 hours a week and most weekends has brought in a heap of work since i have been there and is now back in the job he was doing six months ago.

All seems very familiar......

Mate, that sucks !

Im a painter by trade, and if it came off the body work with turps , then take off the wheels , glove up and get into the inner gaurds with turps /shellite /petrol- any of these will do the trick and some rag and a scrubbing brush or nail brush. Be carefull not to get too crazy as the solvent will flick off the bristles and really ruin your day as it lands in your eyeballs- safety glasses are your friend. lots of rag for the last few goes to get her sparkling then a warm soapy water wash to clean any solvents away.

If it kinda smeared with turps but you got there in the end then it may have been acrylic ( water based ) and lots of hot soapy water with a good shot of methalated spirits and a stiff scrubing brush will do the trick.Once again, safety glasses are your friend.

Make sure you have good ventilation.

Waiting for the insurance will mean you get new inner gaurds as their is no way 3 day old enamel is coming off cleanly.

Also, the body panels you cleaned with turps will now have no wax, so time to re-apply that too.

sh*t man that's f*cked up big time ,I do feel sorry for you mate.best of luck .I did not have a good day ,the aluminium parts of my tray still have not been re powder coated (that's after 6 weeks )so I grabbed all the parts .then I got a price of a brand new tray $2223 ,then send a message to the powder coater that he would have to pay half of it .still have no reply from him .I will take this to small claims if I have to .they have just f*cked me around by not doing nothing about the run marks and blemishes, so now I will show them that there ass is not just for sh*tting out of

Sucks man!

And dags it's the sad way of the world! It's not what you know it's who you know (in my case it's how well you pretend to know more than you actually know!)
