So we finally get E85 on tap here in WA. United have finally made the call and it should be all roses right?

Wrong. First servo to get it is in Armadale. For thos unfamiliar with Armadale, if you where to drive there to fuel your car up and you where able to leave without

  1. You and/or your car getting stolen
  2. Getting attacked by hammer wielding skanks
  3. Getting a teenager pregnant
  4. Spotting somebody having relations with their cousin

You obviosuly didn't make it all the way to armadale.

How much you reckon 50km odd of E85 compatible hose would cost? And buy a cheapo phone to leave with the servo attendant, call them and fill up from safety of home, winning.

My work breaking there all time profit record this year. Funny how it happens since I joined a year ago. Company going for 30 years.

What pisses me off

WPYO?

Having to work till 6 on a saturday because staff that are have work contracts stating overtime can not stick to what they are meant to do!

Whinges about not having enough money for his wife and 4 kids, was told tuesday we would need to work late on thursday night to play catch up and then on thursday told would need to work sat morning. Mechanic walks out at 5.00 thursday says that he needs to pick up daughter at 5.30 and then does not turn up friday and ends up ringing up that he needs another week off work due to heart palpitations

In his work contract it is stated that some overtime may be required at short notice during the week which 2 days is not short notice! He also is supposed to work every second saturday but has not worked a saturday for possibly more than 6 months.

We were a little light on a month or so back and we looked after him, now we need him he lets us down.

Need 2 mechanics, anyone know of one?

I'm serious if you know someone that you would trust to work on your car and do the right thing, let us know

Its always a crappy spot when people let u down mick

Good reliable workers are hard to find

If u ever get the right bloke for the job pay him extra to keep him there , our boss has a good bunch of blokes ( not me iam a c0ck ) but he could tell us 5pm friday we have a panel changeover that "just went down" and I seriously dont think one of us would say no

All hands on deck and would not stop until its done ( had 30hr non stop runs before ) all because we know he will look after us on pay day way beyond what we worked and all other kinds if perks as thankyou's

Dunno why but we just have that respect for him and what he does for us every other normal working day ,

the mechanic is getting paid quite a bit above award but he is quite slow so is probably not worth much more than that, but this the 2nd time and a few months he has let us down when we have really needed him,

I'm over it than I see people whinge about not getting a share of the companies profits, for f*ck sake if you you want a share of the profit then buy into the business or better off, start your own and see how easy it is.

As an employee, you get your wage every week, you get sick pay, you get time off for baby's or deaths, you get 4 weeks holiday a year with loading and you get super, this all happens even when things are not going well for the business.
