Far out its not that farken difficult.a) Iv had the property valued by an independentb) Had real estate agents come in and value the propertyc) Had the contents of the house valued (Im asking for half) She can keep it all just give me the moneyThis was over a month ago. Value of the property is valued at around $580KThe biaaaaatch says its worth $530K. She said in March I would like to keep the house and il pay you out..............I said fair enough no dramas lets do this thing. Next minute shes farked off to Europe for 3 months................ WTF!!!!When she got back in early August I told her lets get this over and done with fairly, reasonably and amicably. This was in August. We are now almost in December and still stuffing around.My solicitor gave them our proposal over a month ago. She cant get it in her brain that $530K is just not reasonable. If I take that im a sucker because tomorrow she can sell for $590 and will be laughing.I want $550-$560 and I walk away with a suitcase full of my belongings. She can keep the rest.
