Lol reminds me of a teacher at my high school. She superglue her eyes shut. Woke up in the morning half asleep, felt around for her eyedrops and grabbed the superglue lol. No word of a lie..made the paper here and had a wk off or something. I still wonder why the fark she had superglue on her bedside table..still hilarious nevertheless lol

Well the old man has surprised me..

Asked me why credit union denied me and what I could do to get accepted. Mentioned what has been said here. Guarantor lease finance etc. Said he will give the credit union a ring Monday. Assuming it'll be about what if he is the guarantor..fingers crossed.

I didn't ask him myself as I see it as a bit rude (imo) and some might say it's being a baby. But just happened to be that old man has decided to ask upon himself.

And he mentioned to go through gorells if I want as I will be offered same trade in everywhere for my n.a. Thought he hated them here..they're a dodgey dealer lol

Posted here as I'm continuing story mods :spoton: move to OT if you feel the need to..

Why go a loan Shy?

Are you happy with your current car?

Are you going to be happy with a new car in three years thats got 90K on the clock with untold number of years to go on a loan?

3 year lease, great trade ins on utes as they dont depreciate as much as a sedan and you'll be looking at a new car with only another three years till the next one.

I'll be keeping the next car for a lot longer than 3yrs. Definitely won't be near 90k in 3yrs. I've driven 30k in the 3yrs I've owned this car lol

Loan would be 7yrs but I won't be staying at paying minimum payments - no penalty for paying out early and dont pay the remaining interest left.

I realise lease is less to pay but don't like the idea of swapping car all the time.

Thanks for the questions..don't take my answers as if I'm being rude :/

I also went through a credit union (CUA) and they were really good, I can pay as much as I want extra with no penalties so im paying double payments on a 5 year loan. With beating interest by paying this much the loan life will be 2 years instead of the proposed 5 years.
